We used Ivan’s Handyman Master Solution in early Dec. 2025 for a residential move out and truck loading service. His posted rates for this service are very reasonable! Ivan and Max were on time, courteous, careful and worked fast. Ivan even called in a 3rd crew member for a small additional per hour fee. Our 3 bdrm. house full of lots of heavy furniture was loaded into a 26ft. truck within 3-4 hours. We were very pleased with their communication prior to and all during the move out day. Ivan answered questions very thoroughly and promptly. They were experienced and knew how to do their job. They even brought shoe booties to wear on new carpet-thank you! I will highly recommend Ivan and crew. He’s a good, strong, straight forward, hardworking, nice man to do business with. Thank you Ivan! ~ Jan M

We were driving home and as we stopped at a light. Next to us is a clean, nicely maintained van with the logo Handyman Master Solutions. As my husband reads this he says, write down this number. As we drove home he mentions that you can usually tell a lot about a business by the way they keep their truck. We called the company and spoke to Ivan. He came over the next day, right on time I might add, and looked at our project. Two days later he arrived to reroof our leaking shed. He was polite, respectful and had a wonderfully positive attitude! The roof looks great, and there wasn’t one single roof scrap anywhere! We hired Handyman Master Solution LLS to put together IKEA closets--cabinets, shelves, drawers, etc. Ivan put together a bid, scheduled the appointment, sent confirmations, and showed up exactly as scheduled. He was very conscientious and took his shoes off at the door, confirmed the work to be done, communicated his plan and schedule and promptly went to work. He was very considerate of being in our home and cleaned his work area as he worked. If something was not as anticipated (always a risk with IKEA), he checked with us in advance to make sure we were on board with the plan. He was meticulous in his work and everything was built solid, straight and strong. He built 3 closet inserts and although the spaces were tight, he was able to manage the heavy boxes and install the closet inserts exactly as outlined in my sketch. Ivan was a pleasure to work with. He is very professional and skilled. Invoicing us was clear and easy through Quickbooks. We will definitely be hiring him again. Highly recommend!! ~ Evan S

Ivan just finished a couple of repair projects for me. Cleaned and painted interior of my deck roof and then I asked him to look at the bottom trim around my house. it was rotting in places. He took out the old trim, bought some better material and afixed them to the house. He did an excellent job In a reasonable amount of time. I was really glad that Ivan found an hour for me in his busy schedule.
