We used Ivan’s Handyman Master Solution in early Dec. 2025 for a residential move out and truck loading service. His posted rates for this service are very reasonable! Ivan and Max were on time, courteous, careful and worked fast. Ivan even called in a 3rd crew member for a small additional per hour fee. Our 3 bdrm. house full of lots of heavy furniture was loaded into a 26ft. truck within 3-4 hours. We were very pleased with their communication prior to and all during the move out day. Ivan answered questions very thoroughly and promptly. They were experienced and knew how to do their job. They even brought shoe booties to wear on new carpet-thank you!
